Vacation Time
I'm sending this newsletter out to let you all know that I will be having some vacation time this week. I will be back on Monday, January 24th. I most likely will be able to check up on things throughout the week, but in case I can't you now know I didn't just forget about everything ;-)

Reporting Sites
There has been an increase of users reporting sites that do not break any of the rules. One of the biggest misconceptions is that StartXchange DOES allow advertising other Traffic Exchanges.
We do NOT allow you to advertise the Traffic Exchange surf pages however. You can build a downline, but you can't try to get people to surf for you.
When reporting sites, please read carefully from the list of reasons to report, and please select the URL that broke the rules. If the previous site broke the frames, or popped up multiple exit popups, please select the SECOND site in the list of recently viewed sites.
