New Menu System
A new menu system is in place, and I hope it makes things easier for you to find. The menu was getting pretty long so I tried making it smaller, however the most used items were hidden away.
This new menu has a drop down list with all the places to go. Then below it there is your personal top 10 pages list. This way you can easily get to the pages you use the most.

Have you ever wondered, Who's site is that!? Well now you know! StartXchange lets you contact the owner of a website through our forum PM system.
Simply click the drop down menu on the small navigation bar while surfing, there should be a "PM [usernamehere]" option. Just click it and you'll be sent to write them a PM through the forum.
