Traffic Delivery
Traffic Delivery should speed up. Unfortunately some users were exploiting the transfer credits page and getting credits that weren't theirs. These cheaters were deleted.
This means that credit levels are more near their usuall levels, and delivery should pick up speed.

Website Load Time
Many StartXchange members are new to the concept of traffic exchanges. A quick tip:
Make sure your site loads in 10 seconds or less. Any longer and your advertising credits will go to waste. They've got 20 seconds to view your site, and you want them to see your offer, not just see it trying to load!

TOS Changes
The TOS has been modified. The only major change in the TOS is that if your account goes inactive for 90 days, your credits and impressions will be lost. Your account will not be deleted. If you are an upgraded member this does not apply to you.
