Massive Referal Contest
StartXchange currently has 12629 members. I would like to see it hit 20,000 by January! All it would take is for 7371 people to get ONE person to sign up. That is only 58% of all members, and some are refering more!
To help motivate you, I'm going to be giving my tracker script to the top 10 referers! Tracking is important with advertising, because without tracking where the results are coming from you won't know where to focus your energy.

Upgraded Benefit
StartXchange gets search engine traffic, and signups from my own promotion. Instead of putting these users in my own downline, I have them placed in a random Pro or Exec downline. This is one of the ways I say "Thanks!" for upgrading.
Oh, and even if you downgrade.. You keep the referals! I can't guarantee referals, but I try to promote StartXchange as much as I can!

I've created a new splash page generator. You pick one of the banners, a custom title, and custom text. It will then display it all nicely and have both your photo and name (as setup in your forum account) and mine. This way users surfing will recognize you and me, and will hopefully trust us and join ;-)
The splash page also has a random background color. The idea is to make it more noticable.. Enjoy!

My Directory

With the My Directory page, you can advertise StartXchange and at the same time promote the sites you currently have rotating in StartXchange.
You can add your photo, and your directory page is listed in the directory. This means your page is also crawled by search engines. (in fact, for a while searching "StartXchange" the second result was a members directory page ;-)

Banner Creator

The Banner Creator is an easy to use tool that generates your own banners. You can create banners for your own sites, or for advertising your StartXchange referal link.
Simply enter the URL to your JPG photo, and 3 lines of text. You can customize the sizes, fonts, and alignment of the photo. Then click GENERATE IMAGE. If you like it, select a slot to save the image to, and click SAVE IMAGE.
At the bottom of the page you'll see your generated banners. You can use the blue URL in any traffic exchange (thats the AD URL), and put your referral url in the SITE URL field.
