Merry Christmas
Its the shopping frenzy time of year for many. Everyone getting into their cars and stressfully driving around to get their shopping done.
I think its important that we stop and take a break periodically and think about why you celebrate Christmas. Take a step out of the highly commercialized frenzy and think about your family. Take your time driving instead of focusing on what you are getting next. I was almost hit by 2 people within a small strip of road.

Surf Minder
If you are like me, it can become overwhelming trying to surf all the exchanges. I have trouble remembering what I have to do this week, and trying to keep track of when I surf each exchange..
Well I've come up with a solution. Surf Minder. This handy tool sends you an email reminder telling you which exchanges you need to surf. You set how often it should email you, which exchanges it should remind you of, and it does the rest!

Reduced Impressions
I have officially reduced the prices of impression packages. I'm not sure how long they will be at this reduced price, but I've increased the package impression sizes, and reduced the prices. It should stay this way for some time, unless I receive an overwhelming amount of purchases and can't deliver the impressions ;-)

New Support Center
There is now a new support ticket system in place. This one should be easier to use as you don't have to be logged in to view the replies.
The old system was setup so if you didn't know your username, you could use your email address and it would generate a password for your email address. Many people found it difficult, so this new one will make it smoother.

New Doorway Pages
I have designed two new doorway pages. One has a picture of snails, and it says "Tired of exchanges that deliver hits like snails?", and another that has a picture of a red gift, and says "Our Free Gift to You: The traffic you earned!"
Both point out that StartXchange deliver's hits based on your surfing performance. The idea is that the person seeing the doorway will be surfing another exchange, so we know they are active and would benefit from StartXchange.

Advertising Co-Op
If you didn't know, I run an advertising co-op on Traffic Exchange List. The co-op costs $20, and as of writing this email the average position received 5,826 hits.
