I was offline for about a week last week due to a move to a new apartment. I did not mention this last newsletter because I was told the switch of the internet was simple and I was not needed. However, the technitians couldn't find the box attached to the house where the cable wires went, and so they left because I wasn't home, and couldn't come back for a week.
