Being a part of a traffic exchange can be seen as being a part of a community of people who beleive this way of advertising works. Being active in this community helps us all out, because you'll receive more traffic and the owners of the websites you view will be receiving traffic.

Higher Surf Ratio
To encourage more competition in surfing, all Activity Level 6 and above will receive an additional 10% surf ratio.
To keep this additional 10%, you must stay in Levels 1-6. If you fall below, you'll return to the normal ratio.
