Delivery Changes Finalized
The delivery algorithm has been changed one final time. This new algorithm will boost traffic to those who are active, while still driving traffic to those who are less active.
Remember, StartXchange wants to reward those doing the majority of the work - but I refuse to not deliver traffic to anyone. Life happpens, and sometimes even top surfers have to slow down surfing.

That's right, you can now chat with fellow surfers, submit your ideas, and file any complaints. No matter what you have to say, I would like it if you participated in the forum.
StartXchange has gotten to where it was from complaints! So don't be afraid of complaining because I know it will only make StartXchange better!

Great Spam Filter
I've found a really great free open-source spam filter, and I wanted to let you know about it.
I've written a little article on it on CLiX Network. Since writing the article, I've recieved over 500 emails. Only 1 email was marked as spam when it wasn't, and that was on day 1! And only a couple of spam have made it to my inbox.

Free Banner Impressions
Pro members are now recieving Free Banner Impressions. All it takes is being upgraded and having banners that are checked and unpaused.
On average, Pro Members have received 79889 free impressions each! How does it work? Simple: When there are no banners available for display, a Pro Member's banner is selected!
You may be wondering how it is possible with so many banners entered into StartXchange, that there would be free impressions available. Well that is because StartXchange uses an algorithm similar to surfing, so banners aren't repeatedly shown to the same person.
