StartXchange Delivery Changes
StartXchange will now be delivering traffic with a new algorithm. This change comes as activity has been increasing more than expected, which was causing the top surfers to get a way lot of traffic, and those who surf but not so much were getting little.
This new algorithm will be watched, tested, and played with over the following hours, days, weeks, etc. So please don't bombard me with emails because you aren't getting as much traffic as you used to even though you are surfing your finger off. I promise, it will be tweaked!
So if you have been previsouly decided not to surf anymore because your hits were not being delivered, I ask that you please begin surfing again. The activity of your account will affect your deliver still, but you should begin to receive more traffic.

CLiX Network & Traffic Exchanges
You've probably heard about CLiX Network before - but maybe you didn't check it out? Or maybe you visited the front page, saw things you didn't understand, and left right away?
