StartXchange utilizes an automated website checking system. This enables us to pre-screen websites to help prevent bad or
annoying websites from being in rotation, giving you smoother surfing.
The checker is automated and may allow websites that are breaking the rules. As I find websites that cause problems and pass
the checker, I'll develop a way to detect and prevent them from coming back. Please realize that if your website is approved it
doesn't mean it isn't breaking any rules, it just means that the checker couldn't find anything. It is your responsability
to read the TOS and follow the rules.
