Not everyone can be a team leader. At StartXchange we want the teams to be a strong community, and to help that we've got a few requirments:

• You must be an upgraded member
• You must be an active member
• You must be an experienced member

There is more to being a team leader than simply creating a team. The members of your team will look to you for help, encouragement, and excitement. To help you achieve this, you'll receive a percentage of your team's surfing (currently 1%) each day. You can use this to give out prizes, or you can keep them for yourself as a thank you for the hard work you put into helping your team!
