When using traffic exchanges it is very important to have an Anti-Virus program running on your computer. While we do everything possible to keep problematic websites out of rotation, the very nature of the internet in itself is reason enough. Below are two programs I have used, and I've been virus free.

• AVG AntiVirus
  
• Avast AntiVirus 
  

They both have a free version and a Professional version. I highly recommend using the Professional versions. Not only is it supporting them to make it better, but you are advertising your business right? So that would make you using it commercial in nature and not qualified for the free version =P
