How Do I Pay You?

With StartXchange now paying out commissions, it’s important that I’m able to pay you.  Currently it’s required for you to send in a support ticket to get paid, but very few are doing this. So I’ll soon be sending out payments automatically when the balance reaches a certain amount. But in order for me to do that, I need to know your Paypal email address! I suggest you do this, even if you do not have any commissions owed at the moment. I won’t send any email there EVER, it’s ONLY to send payments. (unless it’s the same email as you enter in the email section, then I’ll be emailing it but that’s only because it’s your main email as well =P)

Well I’ve been busy with the family recently, but I’m getting busy with StartXchange again! And the latest creation is new bonus hours! During these hours the surfing bonus will be increased! To find out when these hours happen, follow StartXchange on twitter!

What’s really cool about it is you can set twitter to text your phone! So you’ll never miss a bonus hour! And for those worried about losing sleep, remember that in your settings page you can tell Twitter not to text you between certain hours! I’ve already got mine rocking and rolling!

To celebrate the first bonus hour will be longer than an hour. These hours will happen randomly throughout the day. It’s totally random so there might be a day where there are no bonus hours, and there might be a day where there are 3! And it could be at 6PM EST or it could be at 3AM EST! So hopefully everyone in every time zone will find a bonus hour that’s convenient for them!

It should be noted that the Surfing Bonus percentage is now reflected according to your surfing ratio of your membership level. So upgraded members will receive more than free members for the same 10% bonus.

New Suggestion Boxes

On my blog I’ve had a box to suggest what I should write about, and I’ve added to more such boxes..  One to StartXchange and one to Traffic Exchange List. You can see the StartXchange suggestion box in the left menu of this page, and I’ll soon be adding it within the members area. Just remember that suggestions are suggestions, not guarantees. So don’t be upset if I don’t use it =P

I’ve also added one to Traffic Exchange List so members can suggest an exchange get added there. For a while it’s had a form but it got abused. These boxes allow you to VOTE for suggestions so it also will allow you to vote up exchanges you want added sooner. So check that one out on the TE List Suggest page.

So I’m Back!

Well a new baby and severe computer issues were keeping me pretty much offline. But at the moment the computer is working top speed and I’m back in business. I’d like to publicly apologize for the huge delays in me responding to emails and tickets. It was not intentional!

Please send all requests through the support helpdesk if you can! Replying to tickets via email is great, but when you start the ticket at the helpdesk it asks for your username which makes it way easy to help you out. I know what you’re thinking, you won’t forget to include it in your email right? Well more often than not, we all forget, so it just ads another delay in helping you (especially if we can’t find the account as many will email from an address that isn’t used in their account =P).
