Team Winnings

There was a bit of a mix up with the team winnings, but it was fixed up today. The winners in the average surfing category got prizes, but the winners in the loyalty points didn’t. Oh wait, but we dropped the average surfing category? =P I didn’t reverse the prizes for those who won in that category, but I did add prizes for the loyalty point winners.
